Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LaunchPad100 website and services operated by Promact Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("us", "we", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. The Service

LaunchPad100 provides static website development and hosting services for a one-time fee. This fee includes the creation of a website based on our templates and lifetime hosting for that specific version of the website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Ownership: Upon full payment of the one-time fee, you (the Client) shall own the rights to the visual design and content of your specific website instance.

Company Rights: LaunchPad100 retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying tech stack, templates, reusable code components, and "LaunchPad100" brand materials used to create your website. You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these underlying components as part of your website.

3. Payments and Refunds

One-Time Payment: The Service is billed as a one-time payment of ₹10,000. This payment covers design, development, and lifetime hosting.

No Hidden Fees: There are no mandatory monthly or annual recurring fees for the standard service. Optional add-ons or future updates may incur separate charges as specified in our pricing.

Refund Policy: Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds. Generally, refunds are available within 30 days if you are unsatisfied with the initial draft.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Promact Infotech Pvt. Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from yours access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
