This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for the services provided by Promact Infotech Pvt. Ltd..

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our standard website package (₹10,000) if you are not satisfied with our service.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request the refund within 30 calendar days of your initial payment.
• You have not yet approved the final design for launch (i.e., the website is still in the draft/development phase).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@launchpad100.com with your:

• Order ID or Invoice Number
• Why you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve)

We will review your request and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or situations are non-refundable:

• Domain Names: If we purchased a domain name on your behalf as part of a custom request separate from the package, fees paid for domain registration are non-refundable as they are paid to third-party registrars. You will, however, retain ownership of the domain.
• After Launch: Once you have formally approved your website and it has been launched live to your custom domain, the service is considered fully delivered, and the fee is non-refundable.
• Custom Development Hours: Any additional fees paid for custom coding or extra development hours outside the standard package are non-refundable once the work has been performed.

4. Cancellation of Service

Since LaunchPad100 is a one-time payment service with no mandatory recurring fees, you do not need to "cancel" a subscription. If you wish to take your website down, simply let us know, but no refund will be issued if the 30-day window has passed.
